Talent - 'Candidates'

[ta!ent scout] represents Clients' Talent Acquisition requirements without fanfare in the broad Talent Pool, discreetly engaging with top-performing Talent; identifying and qualifying potential candidacy for new roles of engagement and significant career opportunities.


Before presenting Talent to any Client we consider a range of characteristics (many which require deep research and seldom appear in a resume) and behaviours: attitudes, commitment to work, requisite skills and competencies and more... that identify the Talent as a top-performer and quantifies the value-adding that the Talent can bring to the role, the organisation and their own career.


The relationship between Talent and [ta!ent scout] requires a different mindset and a departure from the normative approach to job seeking and/or job placement. We have an expectation of Talent we work with to be proactive and open to possibility; by fostering an awareness of the value they bring and the environment in which such value can profoundly manifest.


We don't just think in terms of roles but in terms of ‘making a difference’. This alone sets us apart and is a provocative differentiator to Talent.
